Store Regulations

These Regulations set out the rules for the use of the online store COCOS.CODES, available at https://cocos.codes/, and the terms and conditions for the conclusion and performance of contracts for the sale of products offered by the store.

1. general provisions

1. Online store COCOS.CODES, available at https://cocos.codes/, sells digital products, including modules, domains, servers and VPS servers, and offers additional services such as online store repair, acceleration, optimization and other development and support services.
2. These Regulations set out the rules for the use of the store, the conclusion of sales contracts and the rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller.
3. The Regulations are addressed to both consumers (natural persons) and entrepreneurs (legal persons and organizational units).

2. contracting

1. Orders are placed through the website COCOS.CODES by selecting a product, adding it to the shopping cart and making payment.
2. After the payment is credited, the Buyer receives the product electronically to the specified e-mail address in the form of a download.
3. The contract of sale is concluded when payment for the order is made.

3. payments

1. Store COCOS.CODES offers secure online payments through selected payment systems.
2. Prices of products are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. The store also accepts payments in currencies USD i EUR, and amounts in these currencies are converted at the current exchange rate.
3. The order is processed only after full payment.

4 Delivery

1. Digital products are automatically delivered to the Buyer's email address after payment is credited.
2. Delivery is free of charge, and the Buyer does not incur any additional costs.

5. right to withdraw from the contract (returns)

1. A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, in accordance with Article 27 of the Law on Consumer Rights.
2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products delivered in electronic form, if they have been downloaded or activated by the Buyer.
3. If the purchased product does not work properly, and the store's technical support is unable to correct the defect, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.

6 Complaints and technical support

1. Complaints about products should be reported to the e-mail address: [email protected].
2. The store provides technical support to solve problems related to the functioning of products.
3. Complaints are processed within 14 days of their filing.

7. product updates

1. The buyer is entitled to free upgrades of purchased products within the specified support period.
2. Information about available updates will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering.

8 License

1. Scope of license
   All digital products offered by the store COCOS.CODES, such as modules, integrations or modifications, are assigned to one domain (one store). The license also allows you to run the product on subdomains and server directories, such as:

   • domain.pl
   • sklep.domena.pl
   • domain.pl/test

2. Development license
   For testing purposes, the COCOS.CODES store automatically grants developer licenses for specific addresses, such as:

   • *.localhost
   • *.test
   • *.dev
   • test.*
   • dev.*

   If it is necessary to use another test domain, please contact us to obtain the appropriate license.

3. Change of license
   Any purchased product can be transferred to another domain once within 24 months of purchase, provided the following criteria are met:

   • The software must be uninstalled and removed from the existing domain.
   • The new domain must belong to the same company as the previous one.
   • After 24 months, it is possible to change the domain at a discount of up to 50% (not more than the original purchase price).

   Additional developer license
   A developer license for the purchased product can be added upon request. In order to obtain it, please contact support department, specifying the test address to be licensed.

9. data protection

1. The administrator of the buyers' personal data is the owner of the store COCOS.CODES.
2. Personal data is processed only for the purpose of processing the order, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the RODO.
3. Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.

10. final provisions

1. Any disputes arising from contracts concluded through the store COCOS.CODES will be resolved by the competent Polish courts.
2. The store reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. The Buyer will be informed of any changes well in advance.
3. These regulations enter into force on 01.01.2025.
