PrestaShop contact form 1.0

PrestaShop Contact Form is a module that allows you to create a fully configurable contact form and embed it anywhere in your store – without code editing, without a programmer.

Instead of a rigidly embedded form you get field generator – you decide what information you collect from customers, in what order and whether they are required.

• Shortcode [cc_formularz] – paste it on any CMS page, blog post or product description, and the form will appear automatically. You can have it in multiple places at the same time.
• 7 types of fields to choose from: single-line text, email field, phone number, multi-line text field (textarea), dropdown list (select), radio buttons and checkbox – you configure each field individually with a label and placeholder.
• Required and optional fields – for each field individually you set whether it must be filled in. Required fields are marked with an asterisk on the form.
• Changing field order – you can rearrange fields in the admin panel with up/down arrows, the order is immediately reflected on the front-end form.
• Configurable recipient address – messages go to the email address you specify, regardless of the store's address.
• Reply-To set automatically – if the form contains an email field, the message in your inbox will be ready to reply with one click.
• Copy for sender – optionally the module will send a copy of the message to the email address provided by the customer.
• Custom message subject, form header and button label – you configure everything from the admin panel without touching files.
• Message after sending – you set your own confirmation text that is displayed to the customer immediately after the message is sent correctly. The page automatically scrolls to the message.
• Server-side validation – the module checks the correctness of the email address, phone number format and whether required fields are filled. Errors are displayed as a list directly above the form.
• GDPR Checkbox – you can add a checkbox field with your own consent text and mark it as required – the customer cannot submit the form without checking it.
• CSRF Token – each form submission is verified with a session token, which protects against automatic spam.

The module after installation has a ready-made set of default fields that appears immediately – without any additional configuration.
