Don't lose customers due to out-of-stock items. When the product is back in stock – they're already there.

Module CC Stock Alert automatically collects customer subscriptions for product availability email notifications and sends a message the moment the item is back in stock. Zero manual work, zero lost sales.

Form on the product page

• The form appears automatically only when the product is unavailable – doesn't interfere with normal sales
• Header, enticing description and email field – all editable separately for each store language
• Option to limit registration only to logged-in customers – useful when you want to build a base of registered users

Automatic notification sending

• Notification is sent immediately via hook actionUpdateQuantity when inventory status changes in the PrestaShop panel
• CRON task as a backup – catches inventory changes from external systems (XML imports, ERP, API) that don't trigger the hook
• Each subscriber receives the message exactly once – after sending, the alert receives the status "notified" and is not sent again

Full control over email content

• Message subject, content and CTA button text editable separately for each store language
• Dynamic variables available in content: {product_name}, {product_url}, {shop_name}
• Sender name and address set independently from general store settings
• Optional BCC copy to a selected address – you have full insight into every sent message

Every template is responsive and ready to use immediately. Template selection is done through a visual picker with a color preview – no guessing how the final effect looks.

Admin panel and statistics

• Dashboard with statistics at the top of the configuration page: number of active alerts waiting to be sent, number of sent notifications, total number of subscriptions
• Dedicated alerts list in the admin menu – view of all saved addresses with product information and status
• Button for manual deletion of sent alerts from the database – maintains order without unnecessary data
• Sending a test email directly from the configuration panel – check the message appearance before it reaches customers

Multi-language support from first launch

• Default translations of form and email content installed automatically in 6 languages: Polish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian
• If the store has additional languages – the module uses the English version as a fallback

Security and integration

• CSRF token verification with every save – protection against spam and false reports
• Unique CRON token generated during installation – ready URL to set in the task scheduler
• AJAX responses – the form works without page reload
